On the road again... We are definitely on the road again!

Liss here. We are on the move again today. We are already out on the limb as far as it will go, so why not ride it all the way, right?? GO FOR IT! You never know what is on the other side of the door at least not until you open it.

WISH US LUCK, please.

On another adventure, traveling the globe (seems like) looking for a job for hippie again.....

Love to all of you,
Melissa

He's 4... Alex is 4!!!

Alex turns 4 tomorrow. Wow... another year of his life has been lived... and lived to the fullest indeed.

He still loves his cars, sleeps with his stuffed Elmo is learning to skateboard and meditates on a daily basis.

He's 100% raw, living in the wild and learning so much about the environment he lives within.

In the Spring Alex and his Mom were walking up a road and dropping raw sunflower seeds as they walked. Melissa explained to him that because their food is alive - it can grow into a plant. Months passed and Melissa took Alex back to the road... they found it lined (on both sides) with sunflowers! Then in late summer, they harvested their crop and are now enjoying the seeds of their labour! How cool is that?

They homeschool daily, spend time at the park, watch the sun rise and the sun set every day - it is a magical existence they are blessed to be living.

Alex is 4... I can only imagine what kind of a man he will grow up to become... living this life!

A little update...

Hi Everyone,

It's Aleesha. I thought I'd gift you all a little update on this rawsome family. They are living in their van, or a tent depending on the weather and availability of places to park themselves. Alex is doing GREAT with his homeschooling. He just loves to learn. They do an hour a day of sit down lessons and the rest is more organic learning.

Hippie is working but very much like most of us in this economy, the money only stretches so far. But if you know Melissa at all, she's amazing at getting nutrition at a good price. The other day she picked up 10 cantaloupes at an amazing deal... mmmm yummy. Alex LOVES cantaloupes.

This seems to be their life now. Being homeless and just scraping by regarding money but their spirits are amazing. They are soooo happy. They love living under the stars and watching the sun rise and set every day. We're a little worried about what the winter will bring but hopefully something will happen to get them outta the snow *Goddess willing*. Melissa has a great trust in the flow of life and is so willing to just simply allow it unfold before her.

For those of you who have sent her money, thank YOU so much. She is so very appreciative. *namaste*

Melissa is journalling a lot and hopefully one day she'll turn it into a book for you all to read. They've had the most amazing adventure! She stood her ground with a mama bear a few times... and won. They met a lynz a few days ago... poor thing looked so shocked and scared when it came out of the trees to find them there. All in all... they are GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.

with love and light,
Aleesha

Happy Birth Day to Melissa...

Oh ya... it's Melissa's birthday tomorrow and although she isn't online... I bet she'd love to hear from you all (if and when she gets online) so feel free to send your birthday wishes to her here or on facebook.

They've been sleeping in their van with all their possessions crammed in it as well... so not much sleep happening on upright seats! (no room to recline the seats). The rain has been non-stop and their tent is full of water during the night so they can't stay in it.

Today they moved to a new campsite and are hoping it'll stay dry for the night.

If you want to gift Melissa for her birthday, you can of course use her paypal account with the email addy: loverawlife@gmail.com

Have a GREAT summer everyone!

Nothings changed...

Hi Everyone it's Aleesha again. Just letting you all know that nothing has really changed. Melissa and the boys are living off the land in a tent... it's warmer now so this is a good thing!

If you want to assist them, then you can send them a little cash via paypal loverawlife@gmail.com ... or some kind and loving thoughts. Melissa gratefully accepts all love, light and honours and cherishes those who send some her way.

love and light,
Aleesha
